Recently, we have carried out an all-round upgrading and renovation of the workshop, focusing on three core sectors: the construction of a visual management system, the establishment of assembly islands for multi-functional maintenance integrated machines, and the Li Yang Road Maintenance Equipment Test Area. Supporting facilities such as safety protection equipment have also been optimized simultaneously. After the renovation, the workshop enables real-time tracking of production data, rapid switching between multiple product models, and a substantial improvement in R&D quality and efficiency, laying a solid foundation for high-quality development.

Multiple assembly islands are arranged in the workshop with a modular layout to enable parallel operations of chassis, power and maintenance components. Each island operates independently while being coordinately scheduled, efficiently meeting customized demands for a wide range of maintenance equipment.
Road Maintenance Equipment Test Area
The test area for newly paved road maintenance equipment meets high-standard requirements and simulates real working environments, providing complete testing conditions for multi-functional integrated maintenance machines and other pavement maintenance equipment. It serves to ensure scientific and reliable R&D tests, facilitate precise optimization of product performance, enable equipment to better adapt to diverse scenarios, and improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
